For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will meet and greet you in the arrivals hall holding a name sign indicated in the booking.

Our professional team carefully monitors all flight and train arrivals, so our drivers are always on time.

Included waiting time : 60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 mins for all other pickup locations.

Cancellation policy: 100% penalty for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the service;

50% penalty for cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the service;

Full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours before the start of the service.
